Meet Matt
I was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. After graduating from the University of South Carolina with degrees in Marketing and Finance, I took the quick trip up I-77 and have called Charlotte my home since 2014.
That same year I began in the mortgage industry and have had the honor to help hundreds of families and individuals purchase their home or save thousands refinancing their current mortgage. Helping clients with their home finances is more than just getting them into a home or saving them a few bucks on their current mortgage.
I strive to get to know my clients intimately so I can tailor their mortgage solutions to their short and long term goals. Whether they want to be mortgage free to retire early, leverage their equity to pay for college or begin their real estate investing, I look at all options available to me clients when helping them master their mortgage.
When outside of the office you can find my wife and I enjoying one of Charlottes many dining options, enjoying a round of golf, rooting on my beloved South Carolina Gamecocks, or relaxing at home with Wilson and Arnie Palmer, our two massive Maine Coone cats. If there is one thing that my clients can testify to it is that not only will I make their mortgage easy but I am also good for few laughs during the process, and most importantly my clients know that “They always MATTR more with MATT Rich.”
