Meet Kelly Johnson, your trust mortgage advisor with 30 years of experience. Born and raised in the Charlotte, NC area, I can meet all your local lending needs. For the past 11 years I worked on the Processing and Underwriting side of the industry to make myself more knowledgeable on guidelines and products to better pre qualifying my borrowers. I've been in the Loan Origination side for 18 years. There isn't any part of this job that I don't like... working with people to obtain homeownership is a true passion of mine.
In my down time I like to spend as much time as possible with my husband, kids, grandkinds and dogs. I have learned that balance in work and family are very important, so my commitment to both means that I don't work your normal banker hours, I'm committed to working with my borrowers when they need me, and a lot of times that means weekends, and nights. I pick up the phone when most are already off the clock. I strive in making the process smooth but also exciting. Everyone should feel a sense of excitement when purchasing a home, whether it be their first time or not.
